Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 cup bleu cheese crumbles, divided
4 slices white cheddar cheese
4 Brookshire’s Bakery Hamburger Buns
1 1/2 cups fresh cherries, pitted and halved
1/3 cup pickled red onions
2 Tbs sweet-hot jalapeños, chopped
2 tsp fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Nature Nate’s® 100% Pure Raw & Unfiltered Honey
onion slices, lettuce, tomato slices and cooked bacon, for serving
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the meat, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, seasonings and 1/4 cup of bleu cheese crumbles. Evenly distribute the ingredients throughout the meat. Form into 4 patties. Heat a grill to high. Grill the burgers for 5 to 7 minutes per side until cooked through. Place a cheese slice on top of each patty to melt. Toast the buns. To make the relish, combine the cherries, pickled onions, jalapeños and cilantro. In another bowl, combine the remaining bleu cheese with the mayonnaise, vinegar and honey. To build the burgers, add bleu cheese mayonnaise, lettuce, onion and tomato to the bottom bun. Top with a hamburger patty, bacon and a spoonful of cherry relish. Add the top bun.
